    The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 185--A Bill to amend and reenact §21A-6-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, providing relating to unemployment benefits for certain spouses of military personnel; providing that an individual who has voluntarily quit employment to accompany a spouse serving in active military service who has been reassigned from one military assignment to another shall not be disqualified for benefits; and providing that the account of the employer of the individual who leaves employment to accompany a spouse reassigned from one military assignment to another shall not be charged.
